Born in Ujung Pandang in 1962. Serves as Commissioner of the Company since 2021 based on the Annual GMS of PT Bank Aladin Syariah Tbk on July 29 2021. Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration from St. Mary College of California. He started his career in the banking world from the beginning at Bank International Indonesia (BII) as an Account Officer in 1989 until he served as Director of Consumer Banking from March 2000 to April 2007. Then he served as Director of Consumer Banking from May 2007 to April 2013 at PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk. Subsequently he served as Vice President Director of PT Sequis Life Insurance Indonesia from August 2017 to July 2018 and then as President Commissioner of PT Danakita Investama from December 2013 to February 2022

Born in Malang in 1960. Has been serving as the Company's Commissioner since 2021 based on the Extraordinary GMS of PT Bank Aladin Syariah Tbk (formerly PT Bank Net Indonesia Syariah Tbk) on April 7 2021. Obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree majoring in Electrical Engineering from the Institute of Technology Bandung in 1985. He previously served as President Commissioner of PT Bank Net Indonesia Syariah Tbk (2020-2021), Director of Compliance at Bank Index, Director of IT & E-Channel at Bank Index, Director of Business Development at Bank Index, Director of Business Support at Bank Index, Advisor to the Directors in Operations at Bank Index, Head of Operations at Panin Bank, Head of Senayan KCU Services at Panin Bank, Head of Senayan KCU Operations Administration at Panin Bank, Head of KCP Tanah Abang at Panin Bank, Marketing Coordinator KCU Senayan at Panin Bank.

Born in 1965. Graduated from the Indonesian Christian University majoring in Economics Management. He has served as Head of Branch Development Sub Division of PT Bank Pesona Krisdayana, and as Group Head of Bank Management Analysis & Review at Bank IBRA Restructuring Unit. He joined PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero) in 2004 as Head of Monitoring and Administration of Share Assets, and currently serves as Head of the Asset Management Group at the Asset Management Directorate of PT PPA.

Lahir di Nganjuk pada tahun 1976. Pendidikan terakhir adalah Kajian Islam / Syariah (Pasca Sarjana) UIN Jakarta. Selain menjabat sebagai Ketua DPS PT Bank Aladin Syariah Tbk, beliau juga sebagai DPS di Lembaga Keuangan Bank dan Non Bank serta aktif di MUI, DSN-MUI. Beliau juga merupakan tenaga pengajar di Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.

Lahir di Pati pada tahun 1974. Pendidikan terakhir adalah pasca sarjana di bidang Ekonomi dan Keuangan Islam di Universitas Indonesia. Selain menjabat sebagai Anggota DPS PT Aladin Bank Syariah Tbk, beliau juga sebagai Anggota DPS di Lembaga Keuangan Bank dan Non Bank serta aktif di MUI, DSN-MUI, PBNU, LPPOM-MUI.

Born in Jakarta in 1986. Served as Corporate Secretary since July 15, 2022 based on Directors Decree No. SK.001.BOD/07.2022.
Obtained Master of Science (MSc) in International Business Management from The University of Nottingham and Bachelor of Business in Marketing & International Trade from Victoria University. Has more than 13 years of experience in the Indonesian Capital Market and holds an Investment Manager Representative license based on the Financial Services Authority Decree No. KEP-304/PM.211/WMI/2020 dated 6 August 2020.
Prior to joining Aladin Bank, Indah served as Head of Corporate Secretary at Mandiri Investment Management (2018-2021), Corporate Secretary Manager at Bakrie & Brothers Tbk. (2013-2018), Investor Relations Manager at Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. (2011-2013), and Business Development at the Indonesian Securities Rating Agency (2009-2011).

Indonesian citizens. Born in 1965. Obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree majoring in Management from the Christian University of Indonesia in 1988.
Appointed as Independent Commissioner of the Company since 2020. Currently still serving as Director at PT. Sippa Packaging International. Previously he served as Independent Commissioner at PT. MayBank Indonesia Syariah (2007-2020), joined PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero) in several positions (2004-2020), and served in several positions at The Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA) from 1999 to 2004 and at Bank Pesona Kriyadana (1989-1999) as well as finance & accounting at PT. Inter Delta (1987 – 1989)
