How to make a cardless cash withdrawal?

Open Aladin mobile banking app.
Make a code request on the Cash Withdrawal menu.
Kunjungi Alfamart atau Alfamidi terdekat.
Ask for the cashier to do Aladin cash withdrawal.

Open Aladin mobile banking app.
Make a code request on the Cash Deposit menu.

Ask for the cashier to do a cash deposit for Aladin.
Berikan uang tunai dan tunjukkan kode setor tunai pada kasir Alfamart atau Alfamidi.
Don't forget to check your balance and transaction history under the history menu.

Is there any fee for each cash withdrawal and deposit?

Biaya transaksi sebesar Rp3.000 / transaksi. Nasabah berhak mendapatkan benefit gratis biaya transaksi sesuai dengan ketentuan Kuota Gratis.

Berapa lama kode token dapat saya gunakan untuk redeem di Alfamart dan Alfamidi?

Toke code is valid for 60 minutes since you received your token.

What happens if the token expires during the redeeming process?

You can request for new token code via Aladin app and notify the cashier once you get your new code.

How to cancel the token code that has been generated?

For now, once a token code is generated it cannot be canceled. You could wait for 60 minutes until the code expired. Make sure to never share or disclose your code. Keep it confidential to prevent the code being misused by other parties.
